Return Policy

Your product is 100 percent custom-made to order for you.  Replacement Cushions is not responsible in any way for products that were made correctly according to the information supplied by the customer that a customer is unhappy with for subjective reasons such as comfort levels.  Filling samples are readily available upon request to help ensure there is no confusion regarding the density and comfort of the fillings used in our cushions. We encourage customers to contact us to request samples of our filling options before placing their order for cushions or pillows.

 All measurements and other options you enter on our online form are 100% your responsibility.  Never assume we know the measurements for your furniture.  We will work with you to achieve the desired result in your product.  Replacement Cushions does not inventory or warehouse cushions or pillows, we only market our product online.  We have no way of reselling any cushions made to your custom specifications.  

Orders with STRIPED fabrics on seats and backs (if applicable) may not line up with one another perfectly due to a possible shift in the stripes at the time of manufacturing.  This is very common and an industry standard.  Therefore, Replacement Cushions does not accept returns for this reason.

Fabric is ordered within 48 hours of receiving an order.  If customer decides to cancel an order after fabric has been ordered, customer is responsible for all fabric charges. 

In case of a mutual agreement to either cancel or return the product(s), the customer will be responsible for a 30% cancellation fee of the total order amount not including shipping. 

Custom and Special orders are NON-RETURNABLE and CAN NOT BE CANCELLED after 48 hours once the order has been placed due to the custom and made-to-order processes involved.  If you cancel your order, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
